Before we left for vacation, we noticed that Dawson had grown a 2nd row of teeth that we affectionately called, "Shark Teeth". It was his 2 bottom teeth. He had 4 of them! I've never seen anything like it before.
We took him to the dentist after vacation for his cleaning and hoping that he could do it all in one visit. Alas, we had to come back again the following week to get the teeth pulled. Other than the topical numbing (which he hates every time), it went surprisingly well.
My intentions to get pictures were overshadowed with his sudden fear of going and getting his teeth pulled. Bribing works. It looks like the slushy stand will be getting much more of my business. Dawson loves rainbow.
The tooth fairy pays a little extra if the teeth (with no fault to the brusher) have to get pulled. It was $1 a tooth.
The final result. If you click on the picture you can see the holes of the previous teeth. Good news is, the new teeth have moved up quite a bit and are looking about where they need to be!
