CELEBRATE HIS BIRTH

The children were great going to bed and sprinkling the magic reindeer food out on our lawn. This year, Faith insisted that we add a carrot for Rudolph or one of the other reindeer who might be hungry at that point. That night, we couldn't resist taking this precious picture. We always move the living room chairs in Dawson's room for the month of December. Here is what we found in his room.


Christmas morning came and Santa did not disappoint! Faith woke up at 6:20, we woke up at 7:30, and Dawson and Kate woke up around 8:30.

Santa brought Faith a DS carrier, with several pens, and the game Soul Silver. She was totally excited!


Santa brought Dawson a World of Warcraft account.


Santa brought Kate a snow 'glow' along with a matching monkey and purple fingernail polish. (This was a last minute request for Santa and Santa could just not resist. Thank goodness a snow glow was still available for Kate - wink!)

We had our traditional want, need, and love.

Faith received a pokemon sleeping bag (want), a new coat (need), and a scripture bag made by mom (love).

Kate also received a new pokemon game for her DS from Dawson and Kate.

Dawson also received a pokemon ranger game from Faith and Kate.

Mom received a new book called the Walk. It's a keeper.


Dad got a new pair of boots that rubs funny, so he may return them.

The spoiling did not end there. We headed to both Grandparents houses to get more 'loot.'

Faith received body wash and lotion sets along with a magnetic bookmark (a heart one) and

the first three books in the Percy Jackson series! Wa-hoo!

From the VanTassells - Faith got another DS game - Littlest Pet Shop Blue Stars, and 2 DVDs (Tom and Jerry - Nutcracker Tale and Legend of Guardians: The Owls of Ga-Hool.)

Dawson received new pajama pants, a new sweater for church, and ...

a new webkinz named Hunter!

The VanTassells gave Dawson 2 DVDs (Tom and Jerry - Fast and the Furry and Despicable Me) and more Yu-Gi-Oh cards!!!
