She always had an ear infection. She would cry and cry. Right before she turned 1 year old, we took her in to have tubes done. (Valentine's day.)
She did better, but the infections continued.

Now, after 5 surgeries, she is doing beautifully. Kate is a very shy one that clings to those who she knows.

She also knows, though, that she is the baby and that she rules the roost.
She is full of life, always keeping us on our toes.

She has one of the best smiles that I know.
She can always make you laugh!
We love Kate so much and are thankful that she is part of our family.
