ROUND #2

Brandon and I finally are serious (once again) about paying off debt and making our life better.  Not that we haven't been doing Dave's program.  There are just levels of how intense you do things.  This is the start of the debt snowball round #2; sell everything we are not using, make extra payments to the debt, and keep on going not matter what!

Brandon traded his mower for a little red truck that he will be fixing up and playing with.  And then we will be trying to sell the blue truck.  I wasn't here when he sold the riding mower.  To be honest, this was one thing that choked me up because the mower represented our plan to get out of debt originally.  It represented owning our own company.  Green Cuts!  What a sweet time in life that was!

Kate and Brandon

It brings back so many memories of Faith going to mow with daddy.  She would ride between his legs and fall asleep.  They just wanted to be with him, that sometimes he would mow the back yard more than it really needed, just so that they would have a turn.

Here's to pay off debt, living life, and making memories to last a lifetime!  Thank you honey for selling your stuff and for being such a good dad!  I love you!

KATE ON THE GO

Kate is always on the go. I cannot keep her in the house to save her life.  I suppose that I 'helped' to make sure that she was that way because I could not stay home when she was a baby and a little girl.

Kate with Grandpa Kelly on this cool, rocking bike!!!  When they came around the corner, their legs were in perfect sync!

Kate driving Jordan's bike back to his house!

And, of course, taking selfies!

Each and everyday, she tells me how much she loves me.  "I will always be your little girl!"  I just love her so much and can't believe that she is growing up!

ANOTHER LAST

Can you believe that yet another year has come and gone?

These kiddos had their last day of school today!  And yes!  I met them at the bus stop with cookies as per tradition!

Kate has now graduated from kindergarten!

Dawson passed 3rd grade!  Whew!

And Faith finished 6th grade!  Had to believe that she is that grown up!

Congratulations kids for completely another year of hard work!  Enjoy your summer!

GRADUATION GIRL

It has been such a joy to watch Kate this year as she is growing up so big!  She has learned so much this year and has absolutely LOVED her time with Ms. Haber and Mrs. Hancock!  I had the chance to volunteer in the classroom and I have to say, they really had an awesome class!  Kate is even reading quite a bit on her own!

As much as I have loved to see her grow up, it's been sad to see my baby getting bigger.  I've never been so emotional with a child, but I've heard that it is normal with the youngest!

Kate's graduation was a lot of fun.  Miss Kate was SO excited to graduate kindergarten!

WHY WE LOVE TEENAGERS

For the current time, Faith is still not technically a teenager.  But, I have to tell you that we are there!  In the midst of all the scary moments, we have to look on the bright side.

One of those is getting pictures of her expressions so that we will not forget how much fun it was to raise a teenager.

We appreciate your prayers in our behalf.  We too pray that we will be able to survive the next 5 1/2 years! God bless everyone who has or is raising a teenager!!!

KATE AND RAPUNZEL

Kate was able to go to a birthday party for her classmate, Mia.  When we arrived, guess who was there?
