Best Chew treats Ever!!

This is Echo, she loves to chew, eat, sniff and devour anything that is tasty.  So far we haven't found anything that she will not eat, and a few things that she loves to eat.  Her favorite is freshly cooked chicken, and ham. We have bought her hand fulls of different toys, bully sticks and other treats for her to eat and chew on, with only a few that she absolutely loves.  The bully sticks and beef Tendons 6 combo pack is one of her absolute favorites.

There are 3 Bully Sticks and 3 Tendon mix pieces in this package and when I gave Echo the Bully stick she sat in her corner of the living room and chewed on that thing for almost 2 hours straight.  After she was done she took a drink of water and came to find me wanting another one.  I have never seen her just chew on a Bully stick non stop, she was relentless chewing on that thing.  I would recommend this for any dog lover who's dog loves to chew on things.  I got this item at a discounted price for my honest opinion and review.

Super Fisheye Camera Lens Kit 3 in 1 by Zeso

The idea of SLR type lenses for your cell phone just blew my mind when I found out about them.  We have a nice Nikon SLR camera that just collects dust since we have our smart phones on us at all times and if done right can take as good of pictures as the expensive SLR cameras.

This package includes a wide angle, fish eye and and macro lenses.  I was very skeptical at first thinking it would just be a joke and not actually take good pictures.  I was wrong and was impressed with the quality of the lenses and how well they operated.

Here is a sample of the macro lens and how close of a picture I was able to take with this awesome little lens.

I would highly recommend getting this package of 3 lenses.  It comes with a nice hard shell carrying case that can be clipped on to almost anything, that way you always have a variety of lenses close at hand and you don't have to pack around that big SLR camera anymore.  I did receive this item at a discount for my honest opinion and review.

The stone Bearers Book Review

Fifteen-year-old Ashira just received the worst coming-of-age prophecy imaginable.

After years dreaming of oceans, princes, and fairies, she expected the diviner to speak the words that would finally whisk her away from her ordinary desert village. Instead Ashira hears, “you will live a life of no renown.”

Ready to choose her own fate, she discovers a djinni’s bottle and starts making wishes. When the djinni proves uncooperative and annoying, Ashira sets out to the great city of magicians to learn magic and free herself from an uneventful life as a potter's daughter.
But there is another prophecy being whispered in the shadows. It is said that among the great magicians, there is a demon on the rise with the power to destroy the world. The djinni might be Ashira’s only chance to become someone important, or he just might be the very demon that triggered the dark prophecy. With the world on the brink of destruction, can Ashira fight her fate and stop the forces that threaten to upset the balance of the universe?

I like many others have a hard time reading self published or low budget books so to speak. They are kinda like B Movies only worse. I was happy to say that this book didn't have that feel to it at all. The characters where well developed and didn't have any issues following the story line.

I don't want to include any spoilers but I am excited to read more from this author and hope that you give this book a shot. I got an advanced copy for my review and it would be one that I would buy and hope they make an audio book on it as well.

Where did the charger go to???

I know that I am not alone when it comes to always loosing your power adapter, or not having the right one on hand when you need to charge your device.  I have tried a handful of other device that let you charge multiple device at the same time.  This is the first one that I absolutely love, it is pocket sized and can charge any device.

Not only is it small but it charges my phone in half the time that my old one did.  I like that it does stick out so far out of the out let like my old ones did.  It literally fits in the palm of my hand.

The device is well built and very sturdy, doesn't feel like cheap plastic at all.  It comes well packaged, although it did take me a few min to get the outer sleeve off because it was a tight fit.

Overall I would recommend this for anyone looking to consolidate all those adapters that you keep loosing.  I set this up in a central location and created a charging station in the house and makes it so much more convenient and faster charging doesn't hurts also.  Will be getting another one to stuck in my work bag as well.

MY WHOLE STORY

Years ago at an Obagi marketing seminar in Salt Lake City, I listened to a presenter tell a story about a couple people. She told the story and then made us rank each character starting with #1 in the order that we liked them. A couple volunteers told their ranking and why. After the ranking process, we found out that we were only half way through the story. SHOCKER! By the end of the actual story, we learned the WHOLE story. It totally changed my opinion (and everyone else's opinion) of which characters they liked more and so on.

Life is so much like this. So many times we hear a story and make a judgement on the character of the person. It's natural to do that and all of us do. It's just interesting that as we receive more information how we might think different or even change our opinion.

A couple years ago, I tried to keep a very open mind. Where I would use to say, "I have no idea why she does that" etc., I started to think up reasons why she did do that. Maybe she had a bad day, maybe it didn't occur to her to do it different, maybe she didn't have enough money, etc. It has changed a lot of how I think and how I respond to others.

Today, as I was talking to a good friend, she mentioned our first interaction. It wasn't even on my radar because my experience was different and not cataloged like hers. Our first interaction took place around 7 years ago when doing a co-op preschool. We both had preschoolers at that time, and I arranged the moms in the neighborhood that wanted to participate to do so. I sent out a reminder during the rainy time of year to set a towel out by the front door for the kids to place their wet shoes on, etc. This friend also told me what she thought of my email... that I didn't know her well at all. (Insert laugh out loud here.) A towel may have or may not have been placed at the front door. I'm sure that others eye rolled as well. She goes on to tell me that I am such a loyal friend and one of her most favorite people now. All because she got to know me a little better.

Eye opener for me because I had no idea that this was her first perception of me. For me, that was not reality and not truth. But it was for her. Hmmmm. More internal dialog.

This last year for me has been one of the hardest. I know that I do not think like 95% of the people out there. Many times we associate and affiliate with those who are like us. But isn't it great if we hear the WHOLE story and refrain from making judgments right away. I feel like that's what has happened for me. But I'm going to continue trying to be positive and do what I do best.

So, here's my whole story. I am a loyal, lifelong, fight to the death type of friend. I look for ways to help and serve others on a daily basis. I also am a perfectionist, which means I want to do things a certain way and cross items off my list regularly. (Yes, I make lists and follow them.) I know I am not perfect, but that doesn't mean that I don't want to be right. I work hard every single day at my job; nothing is half way. I don't think like 95% of the people out there. I may say things right to the point, bluntly, and lacking tact, but I really don't mean to hurt feelings, tell you to do things a certain way, or don't believe what you are saying is truth. I hope one day that you get to know me well enough to smile and say in a loving way, "That's Zoey and I wouldn't change her for the world!" And for all those that you deal with each day, take a moment to try and understand the WHOLE story.
